A clear guide to eligibility, safety, timing, weather decisions and what happens if plans change.

Before you fly

Paramotoring is weather-dependent adventure flying. Your requested time is a planning window, not a guaranteed launch time. Our operations team confirms the final report time after reviewing local wind, visibility and beach activity.

Your flight includes

Safety briefing, certified tandem pilot, helmet, harness, 10–12 or 18–22 minutes of expected airtime, and the media included with your selected package.

What to bring

Wear

Comfortable clothing and secure closed shoes. A light jacket helps in cooler months.

Carry

Sunglasses, water, sunscreen and any prescription medication you may need.

Show

A booking confirmation and valid photo identification for every adult guest.

Eligibility & health

Guests must be able to understand the briefing, walk or jog a few assisted steps during take-off, and fit safely in the certified tandem harness.

  • Minimum age: 8 years. Guests under 18 need a parent or legal guardian present.
  • Indicative weight range: 25–100 kg, subject to equipment and current wind conditions.
  • Do not fly while pregnant or with a serious heart, spine, seizure or recent surgical condition.
  • Tell the crew about vertigo, motion sensitivity, mobility limitations or medication before arrival.
  • Guests under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs cannot fly.
Medical decisions

This guide is not medical advice. If you are uncertain whether flying is suitable, speak with your clinician before booking. The pilot may decline any flight where safe participation is in doubt.

Safety system

Safety is a sequence, not a slogan. We use documented pre-flight checks, maintained tandem equipment and conservative weather decisions on every operating day.

    Site assessment

    The pilot checks wind direction and strength, visibility, beach traffic, tide and landing area.

  2. 2
    Equipment inspection

    Wing, lines, carabiners, harness, reserve, engine, propeller guard and communication gear are checked.

  3. 3
    Guest briefing

    You receive simple instructions for launch, flight position, communication and landing.

  4. 4
    Pilot authority

    The pilot has the final go/no-go decision and may end or shorten a flight if conditions change.

Weather & scheduling

Morning and late-afternoon windows are usually preferred, but seasonal wind and local conditions decide the actual schedule. Forecast apps are helpful context; the on-site pilot’s assessment is final.

Conditions suitableReport at the confirmed time. Expect up to 45 minutes for briefing, preparation and queueing.
Short weather holdRemain available nearby while the crew reassesses. Updates are shared by phone.
Unsafe to flyChoose a new available date or receive a booking credit under the weather policy.

Arrival & flight day

Report to the Paramotor India flag at Malgund Beach, near Ganpatipule. Arrive 20 minutes before the confirmed slot; the final meeting point may shift slightly with wind and beach access.

Allow enough time

Set aside 60–90 minutes in total. Paramotoring cannot run like a fixed-timetable ride because conditions and safe launch spacing come first.

Cancellation & changes

48+ hours beforeMove the booking once at no charge, or cancel for a refund less the stated payment processing fee.
12–48 hours beforeReschedule once within 60 days. Cancellations receive a 50% booking credit.
Under 12 hours / no-showThe booking amount is not refundable. We will still try to help in genuine emergencies.
Operator weather cancellationFull-value reschedule or credit. If no suitable date is available, request a refund.

Refunds are normally initiated within 5 business days and may take additional time to appear, depending on the payment provider. Custom group and event bookings follow the terms on their quotation.
